This project based in Wimblebury was built for the proud owner of C Whyman Building Services, Craig Whyman himself. He wanted to create a new space within the home to give his family the room they needed, and the best way to achieve this goal was to add this amazing orangery onto the rear of the home. We started off by mapping out the area and boundaries for the orangery so we had a clear vision when building, once we had completed this it was time to start building the floor as well as building up the walls ready for the roof to be fitted. We constructed the roof with timber beams and a metal beam to ensure safety was met. Once the roof was on, the windows and doors were fitted and it was time to fit the interior led lights at the top of the roof with remote control blinds at the top for when you want to indulge in the sunlight or cosy up in the dark. Once the orangery was in place we moved onto the landscaping, by combining a sector of astro turf to keep the greenery as well as laying slabs to create a social space.
