This project based in Lichfield was built for Wendy and Roger to give a new space within the home whilst utilising the space in the rear garden. We started off by mapping out the area and boundaries for the orangery so we had a clear vision when building, once we had completed the first phase of the project we then move onto the construction of the orangery. The flooring was the first to go down with concrete mix and then the building of the walls and roof, once we had the orangery skeleton built all that was left was the windows and doors. The project didn’t stop there, we then shifted the social space from the orangery to the outside by adding a slabbing area with a low level brick wall to add the finish onto the slabbing.

Very many thanks for the building works that you recently completed for us. The overall effect is spectacular – well beyond that which we were expecting. The high quality of the brickwork and the block paving is immediately apparent, and we saw that even the underground works were substantially and skilfully constructed. Additionally, we are so thankful that you discovered that part of the existing building was beginning to sink, and therefore, without any fuss or flap, set to and underpinned it, saving us greater expense in the future. While there was inevitable mess created, this was very adequately cleared up at the end of each day, and after the final clear up, the place sparkled! We would unreservedly recommend your work to others, as well as your friendliness, courtesy, trustworthiness and professionalism.
